SUNDAY MEETINGS

We meet together every Sunday morning at 10.30am to spend time worshipping, hearing a talk and being encouraged by each other. We also have groups for children aged 3-18 and a crèche for young children. After the morning meeting we have tea and coffee with time to talk and pray for each other.

Teaching

After a time of worship our service will have a talk or testimony lead by one of our church leaders, a visiting speaker or a member of the congregation.

A talk will typically last 30-45 minutes. You can checkout some of the previous talks and testimonies on our Talks page.

Worship

After a few notices our Sunday morning services start with a time of worship.

We have a team of worshippers whose hearts have been captivated by God's love. Because of our love for God we choose to wholeheartedly declare His praises, to see His name exalted.

We all worship God in slightly different ways, the majority of our church stand to sing if able, but you can dance, clap, wave flags, raise your hands or whatever feels natural to you.

Words to the worship songs we sing are displayed on 2 projected screens so everyone can see clearly and join in.

Children's In Sunday Groups
Children's Work

During Sunday morning services, there are 2 groups which run for pre school/primary school aged children ages 3-11. Seedlings (age 3+) and Shoots (age 8+).

The groups involve playing games, making crafts, worship songs, exploring faith in a child-friendly way and praying together. All children are welcome and parents can accompany their children if they wish to see what the groups are like.

We want to create a safe environment for the children in our church and have a safeguarding policy in place to ensure all our children's workers are correctly recruited and safe working practices are followed.

Youth

Our Sunday morning youth group is offered to young people ages 11+ (for secondary school/sixth form school years 7-13). Each week we explore God’s word, chat, play games and have fun!

Within a fun and non-threatening environment, our vision is to see the young people of True Vine Church transform into real and authentic men and women of God. Visitors are always welcome and we offer a warm welcome to newcomers.

We want to create a safe environment for the children in our church and have a safeguarding policy in place to ensure all our children's workers are correctly recruited and safe working practices are followed.

Community

After the morning meeting we like to take time to chat to each other over tea, coffee and biscuits. Being a church community is an important part of supporting each other in our walk with God.

Prayer

Prayer is always available after the service. We have a 'Prayer and Care Team' who will be happy to pray with you about anything no matter how small it may seem.

You may also find certain speakers offer to pray for anyone who has been impacted by what they have shared.

Our church leadership team are also always happy to pray for people.
